Mechanical polishing is at the heart of Elite’s capabilities and is an essential compliment to its electropolishing services. Elite performs mechanical finishing on all ASME BPE and 3A sanitary stainless steel fittings as well a wide variety of other components. Elite achieves standard surface finishes ranging from 32RA to 5RA on inside diameters, outside diameters and flat surfaces.
We also mechanically polish and electropolish a wide variety of pumps and valves that include Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps and Diaphragm Valves. Our experience and knowledge of pumps, coupled with our QA program guarantees the highest level of quality at the most economical cost. The mechanical polishing of surgical tools and instruments is another service that Elite has provided since it was founded in 1988.
