Excellence in welding is an integral element to the quality of Elite’s products and services. Elite has 4 GTA welding workstations that include 2 state-of-the-art computer controlled WELDLOGIC systems. The other 2 workstations include a semi-automatic and a manual machines that enable Elite to manufacture custom tubular fabrications and perform modifications to customer supplied components such as pumps and valves.
Elite’s welding personnel are certified to ASME Section IX. The combination of top shelf equipment and people enable Elite to maintain a high degree of process control in its welding processes. These resources enable Elite to maintain tight control on distortion and wall thicknesses.
