Elite’s extensive machining capabilities are used in concert with its polishing and welding capabilities to maintain a high degree of control on both quality and delivery. Machining processes that Elite performs in-house include CNC milling, turning, facing, sawing and sizing. Elite also has a tee drill, which is used for tee pull-outs. This equipment is used routinely in the manufacturing processes for standard BPE and 3A fittings. They also give Elite a tremendous amount of flexibility when it comes to producing custom tubular fabrications and modifying customer supplied components.
